There will be a booth and projector screen of digital photos, pics of people, etc. as a "screen saver". Also have a file download option. It is based on a webcam. He'll be launching the product at the January bridal show. He is also expanding into Seattle area and possibly the Denver area.

Nancy from Passion Parties has kids that go to a private school. They are having a dinner auction in November. Anyone interested in donated prizes, etc., please contact Nancy.

Becky Lee will be speaking at St. Joseph Care Center. They have an event facility called "Hub" out on Barker Road. It has 5 gyms, kitchens, etc.

INPRO will have a 5-booth booth in January show (11th and 12th).

A motion was approved to have Beth Worthy from Every Occasion Engraving redesign the INPRO website for $400. The website will be modeled after www.mymontanawedding.com. Beth asks that members email her photos of their products or services, etc. (approximately 2 photos) for slideshows she would like to put on each category.

Chris asked if there was a way for a quote form to submit and and goes to all the vendors on the one page. Beth will report back next month on a quote to create that form.

Link Exchange: Chris is having difficulty getting the reciprocating links to appear. If you are interested in link exchanging, please talk to Chris.

Cristine Zacherle from Countrywide. She refers people to INPRO and finds it rewarded to be able to refer a quality product.

The Wedding Resource Guide: INPRO voted to put a 2 page layout design done by INPRO members. Submit the design to Gene and we'll vote on it in the November meeting. The winner gets free dues. 1 page will list INPRO members, the other page about the INPRO bridal fair. If you need the INPRO logo, please contact Beth from Every Occasion Engraving.

Our next meeting is at Lincoln Center. The signage may not be up yet. It's a white art deco building 1.5 blocks north of the arena on Lincoln.

John from Westwood Studio asked Gene to check into getting the bridal festival bride list on CD.
